We specialize in custom listings based on what type of transition you are pursuing. We are not a brokerage or consulting firm. Our main objective is to get people in contact with each other to facilitate the transition process. We feel this service is a win-win for both the established dentist and those looking for opportunities.
As a dental practitioner, I have seen numerous examples of wasted opportunities just because two parties were not introduced. I have seen numerous students waste valuable practice years waiting on opportunities that never arise and dentists watching their most valuable asset (their practice) depreciate while they wait for a buyer to knock on their door.
This really hit me when I began looking for an associate. I called several different schools, dental associations, talked with several supply representatives, accountants, attorneys, etc. After all that, I was exhausted, but I knew there was someone out there that was looking for an opportunity. All I needed to do was find them, or let them find me!
That is what Clinical Transitions, L.L.C. is all about. Our purpose is to offer an easy, affordable way to bring people together that have the same desires and aspirations.
Our Mission
To facilitate and expedite the practice transition process by offering a website where doctors/brokerage firms can list their practices for sale, look for an associate/partner or temporary doctor. Our mission is also to allow others to list their aspirations to buy an existing practice, become an associate or partner, or fill in as a temporary dentist.
Our Vision
To help dentists nationwide find the opportunities they are looking for easily, quickly, and at little to no cost. To offer students an avenue to find the practice or opportunity they want, whether in the same state or across the country. To allow dentists/students to search quickly by city and state.

- Brokerage firms and transition management companies, while they can offer valuable information during a transition, generally charge some kind of fee for service or take a commission on the sale price.
